C.L.C TRAINING AND TESTING CENTER : we have our own facility which is decorated with fully necessary equipments that are needed for training and testing un-skilled, semi-skilled as well as skillful workforce. Also, the center is located quite close to our office so as to be more accessible and more convenient to our workforce and our customers to reach.
C.L.C. has over 2,000 sqm. of training area, which can accommodate up to 300 workers at one time.
We provide over 700 sqm. Of boarding space, which consists of 4 large bed rooms those are equipped with wall mounted fans
Meal is being served in the area provided by the centre which can accommodate up to 300 workers.
The large area in the front of the centre is set aside for outdoor sports and physical exercise.
We realized that the customers don’t just only need the workers who are skillful, but they also need the educated workers. To prepare them readily, we offer them classes before dispatching to work aboard. The class schedule will be
depending on the period of time that is related the employer’s requirement. Sometimes it is not only about languages but it is also associate with culture and perspective of each nation.
Basic English class
– Native speakers and Thai instructors
– For giving service job such as Security Guards or Waiters and Waitresses
Basic Japanese class
– 160 hours at least participation
– For all trainees program’s candidates
– Japanese culture and manners
Basic Mandarin and Cantonese class
– Teaching workers about technical terms that should be used in their job
– Letting them become familiar with Chinese culture and manners
Action and Material Providing
After dispatching the workers abroad, we will provide Thai magazine, Video, CD or even Thai products that’s difficult to find in other countries for the workers so that they can enjoy during the weekend at least once a month. Also we will provide our company representative give in hand for consulting service to the employer how to manage Thai workers all the way as well as report the status of workers to employer every month for understanding each other and mutual benefit
